Market Price Notifications

Access to the interface

1. Log in to the Pilott platform.

2. Navigate to the market prices page https://pilott.sirenergies.com/dashboard/market-prices

3. Go to the bottom of the page to the notification options

Adding a product

In the My product selection section, use the dropdown menus to select the product:

• Product type: Electricity, gas, or CO2.

• Market: France, Belgium, etc.

• Delivery period: Annual, monthly, etc.

• Delivery type: Baseload, Peakload for electricity only

Select the specific product and click on ADD.

The displayed products depend on your plan.

The selected products appear as a list.

Each product can be activated for receiving email and/or SMS notifications.

At the end of a product's listing period (from January 1, 2025 for Cal25, for example), it will automatically disappear and will no longer appear in your notifications. You may then add another one.

Activating Notifications

The status of the notifications must be ACTIVE (otherwise they will not be sent).

To activate notifications, add at least one product and configure the days and times for delivery.

To receive SMS notifications, your mobile phone number must be entered in your profile, accessible on this page: https://pilott.sirenergies.com/user/profile

Selecting Time and Days for Delivery

Check the days on which you wish to receive notifications (e.g., Monday and Wednesday enabled).

The reception time is set to Europe/Paris. Select the time in the dropdown menu at which to receive the email and/or SMS.
