Export the consumption data of delivery points

Introduction

The data export functionality allows you to closely monitor your electricity consumption in real time, with data updated daily.

No need to wait until the end of the month to know how much you have consumed; you can now track your consumption in real time!

You can export your consumption data in Excel or CSV format.

You can filter the delivery points for which you wish to export the consumption data.

Export Consumption Data

1. To access the functionality, go to the page of your delivery points

   

2. Filter the delivery points you wish to export.

3. Click on the button EXPORT CONSUMPTIONS

4. A window opens, and you then have several options:

   

   The export can be done in the following ways:

   • hourly (one column per hour)

   • daily (one column per day)

   • weekly (one column per week)

   • monthly (one column per month)

   depending on the information you wish to retrieve. The weekly view, for example, allows you to see at a glance the consumption trend from week to week.

A few moments later, depending on the number of delivery points you have, you will receive an email with the file in the format you selected.

We retain the history of the power of your delivery points. Once you create your SirEnergies account and declare your delivery points, you will be able to access the data from the last 2 years provided by Enedis. After 3 years, you will also have access to the data from the previous 5 years.

Schedule the Sending of Consumption Data

This feature automates the sending of consumption files to save you time.

To access it, click on the PROGRAMMATION button.

Three sending frequencies are available:

• daily

• weekly

• monthly

For each frequency, you can configure the following criteria:

1. the format (xlsx or csv)

2. the day of receipt

3. the time of receipt

4. the date of the data (the day before, two days before, three days before, four days before)

You can easily enable or disable the sending by checking or unchecking the 'Enable' box.

The settings are saved automatically after each modification.

To return to the immediate export of consumption data, click on the DOWNLOAD button.
